| Day 1 | Nairobi | On arrival at JKIA, you are met by a Nature Expeditions representative and drive to Amboseli National Park, located to the southeast of Nairobi. The Park is famous for its big game and scenic beauty with the landscape dominated by Mt. Kilimanjaro. Arrive in time for lunch followed by an afternoon nature walk until sunset. | Day 2 | Amboseli National Park | Spend another day in Amboseli on morning and afternoon game drives. The park offers an interesting contrast with its dry and dusty appearance, which can be attributed to the volcanic ash that came out of Mt Kilimanjaro when it last erupted. | Day 3 | Aberdares | After breakfast check out and drive to Aberdare followed by an afternoon game drive at Solio Ranch. This ranch plays a very major part in the protection and breeding of black rhinos, the ranch is a fenced, privately-owned protected area geared toward rhino conservation, Rhino is a member of the big 5 group which includes lions, leopards, buffaloes, and elephants. | Day 4 | Samburu National Reserve | After breakfast, check out and drive further north of Kenya to Samburu Game Reserve, within the land of the colorful Samburu people, close relatives of the Maasai, and harbors several wildlife species found only north of the equator. It offers unique vistas of rounded and rugged hills and undulating plains. The mix of wood and grassland with riverine forest and swamp is home to a wide variety of animal and birdlife. | Day 5 | Samburu National Reserve | Spend another day in this Reserve where game viewing and visibility are excellent. Bird life is superb with over 380-recorded species and the game. Scenically, for most of the year, Samburu is under the unsympathetic equatorial sun. Relief comes from the Ewaso Ng'iro River, which rises hundreds of kilometers west on the Aberdare's foothills and vanishes beyond Samburu in the recess of the Lorian swamp. | Day 6 | Lake Nakuru National Park | After breakfast, check out and drive Lunch is followed by an afternoon game drive with the notable game within the lake including hippos and clawless otters. Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge [Full Board] |
| Day 7 | Maasai Mara Game Reserve | Clients will check out after breakfast and drive to Masai Mara. Arrive and check in at the camp in time for lunch. Depart later for an afternoon game drive at the reserve. Dinner and overnight at Mara Simba Lodge [Full Board] |
| Day 8 | Maasai Mara Game Reserve | Spend a further day of game-watching with morning and afternoon game drives and other activities in the Mara including ballooning (extra cost). Wildlife is abundant in the Mara Reserve with the gentle grasslands ensuring that animals are never out of sight. Birds are prolific including immigrants. | Day 9 | Nairobi | Early morning game drive followed by breakfast. Return to Nairobi then transfer to the Airport for the departure flight. |
